Maître Dieter GROZINGER DE ROSNAY

Maître Dieter Grozinger de Rosnay completed his legal studies in France (University Robert Schuman, Strasbourg) and Germany (Albert-Ludwigs-University, Freiburg). He was assistant at the Institute for Public Law of the Albert-Ludwigs-University and then at the Max-Planck-Institute for international and foreign criminal law before settling in Luxembourg, where he was sworn in as a barrister in 1988. After practising in several renowned law firms, he founded his own practice in 1990, then later founded GROZINGER PARTNER S.A. in 2018, which he leads with passion and expertise.

With a unique background combining expertise in international business and law, Maître France Joachim earned a Master’s degree in International Business Engineering from the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School in Paris in 2014. This training provided her with a solid understanding of economic and international issues. She then turned to law, obtaining a Master's degree in International and European Business Law in 2018 through the prestigious Magistère programme at the Faculty of Law in Nancy. In the same year, she completed her studies with an LLM in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law at the University of Luxembourg.
Maître France Joachim joined GROZINGER PARTNER S.A. when it was founded in 2018. Sworn in as a barrister in 2020, she has since practised alongside Maître Dieter Grozinger de Rosnay, with whom she shares a vision of legal practice based on trust, competence and commitment.
Passionate about defending her clients' interests, Maître France Joachim regularly pleads before the courts and brings her skills to the service of companies, financial institutions and private individuals. Always seeking optimal solutions and winning strategies, she advises and supports clients in a wide variety of matters, her expertise spanning the drafting of complex contracts, company structuring, advisory work and negotiation management.

Legal and Administrative Assistant
With 28 years of extensive experience in a dynamic and ever-evolving sector, where he progressively moved into management roles, Didier Russo has acquired undeniable expertise in management and operational administration. These skills have enabled him to hone his organisational skills and his ability to anticipate and resolve complex situations, assets he now brings to the firm.
In 2024, he chose to redirect his career towards a new field and joined GROZINGER PARTNER S.A. as an administrative and legal assistant. Thanks to his deep understanding of organisational processes and his responsiveness, he provides targeted and effective support, perfectly aligned with clients’ needs.
Within the firm, he handles a variety of tasks, including administrative management, AML/CFT compliance, GDPR monitoring, and the administration of domiciled companies and mandates. Accustomed to demanding environments, he brings a structured approach and a high degree of autonomy to case management, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Versatile, Didier Russo supports the firm's team and clients with discretion, professionalism and an unwavering focus on quality, thus contributing to the continuity and excellence of the services provided.
